This project, as originally presented to the Design Advisory Panel on
2020-JUN-25, is returning with design revisions as requested.  Development permit application, DP1187, was received from 1228590 BC Ltd., for  the development of a four-storey multi-family residential building (87 dwelling units).  The subject property is legally described as Lot 12, Section 1, Nanaimo District, Plan 12987.
