2019 Appointments to the Regional District of Nanaimo Board

Purpose:  To obtain Council direction regarding appointments to the Regional District of Nanaimo Board and establish voting assignments for each Director for 2019.

Recommendation: 

  1. appoint for a one year term, eight Directors to the Regional District of Nanaimo Board;
  2. assign 5 votes to five Directors and 4 votes to three Directors; and,
  3. appoint one alternate Director to the Regional District of Nanaimo Board.
