A development permit application was received from Family Tree Developments, on behalf of 1303320 BC Ltd and Rega Properties Ltd., for a multi-family residential development consisting of 15 townhouse buildings (total of 49 units) to be located at 200 Hansen Road.  The subject property is legally described as Lot B, Section 14, Range 8, Mountain District, Plan EPP76054.

A development permit application was received from Masthead Properties Ltd., for a multi-family residential development consisting of two buildings (total of 11 units) to be located at 345 Newcastle Avenue and 360 Stewart Avenue.  The subject properties are legally described as Lots 17 and 32, Block 4, Newcastle Townsite, Section 1, Nanaimo District, Plan 584.
