Purpose:  To obtain Council approval to appoint Natalie Frei as a Bylaw Enforcement Officer.

Recommendation:  That Council appoint Natalie Frei as a Bylaw Enforcement Officer to enforce the provisions of City of Nanaimo “Animal Responsibility Bylaw 2021 No. 7316”.
