Minutes of the Design Advisory Panel meeting held in the Boardroom of the Service and Resource Centre, 411 Dunsmuir Street, Nanaimo BC, on Thursday 2021-JAN-28.

A development permit application was received from Townsite Planning Inc., on behalf of Century Group Lands Corporation for the development of a multi-family residential project which includes 21 residential dwellings (9 duplex buildings and 3 single family dwellings).  The applicant has requested a building height variance for one of the buildings.  The subject property is legally described as Lot 42, Block B of District Lot 56, Wellington District, Plan EPP20312.

A development permit application was received from Omicron Architecture Engineering Construction Ltd., on behalf of Telus Communications Inc., for the development of a multi-family residential project which consists of 197 rental units .  The applicant is proposing a building height variance.  The subject property is legally described as  Lot 1, Section 1, Nanaimo District, Plan 26286.
