[Note:  On 2024-OCT-21 Council adopted a recommendation arising from the 2024-OCT-16 Finance and Audit Committee Meeting to increase the annual operating grant for the Nanaimo Restorative Justice Program from $50,000 to $150,000, and referred the report to the Public Safety Committee.]
