Purpose: The proposed development is a multi-family residential townhouse development with a total of 6 buildings with a combined total of 22 dwelling units.

Development Permit Application No. DP001342 - 116 Pryde Avenue

To be introduced by Payton Carter, Planner, Current Planning.

Purpose: The proposed development is a 17-unit multi-family development with partial under-building parking.
