Minutes of the Design Advisory Panel meeting held in the Boardroom of the Service and Resource Centre, 411 Dunsmuir Street, Nanaimo BC, on Thursday 2020-NOV-26.

A development permit application has been received from R.W. (Bob) Wall Ltd., on behalf of Diver Lake Investments Ltd., for the construction of a mixed-use development which consists of two buildings.  Building 1 is a three-storey commercial office building; and, Building 2 is a five-storey building with commercial space on the main level and four storeys of multi-family residential (14 units) above.  The subject property is legally described as Lot 2, Sections 3 and 4, Wellington District, Plan EPP69258.

A development permit application has been received from Raymond de Beeld Architect Inc., on behalf of Menzies Ridge Estates Ltd., for a strata development comprised of seven buildings, consisting of 22 townhouse units.  The subject property is legally described as Lot 3, Section 1, Nanaimo District, Plan EPP36660.
