A development permit application was received from Universal Estates BC Ltd., for the development of a ore-engineered two-storey warehouse and a wood framed office with a gross floor area of 1952m2. The subject property is legally described as Lot 1, Section 15, Range 8, Mountain District, Plan 11142.

b.
Development Permit Application No. DP1105 – 2700 Norwell Drive

A development permit application was received from RW (Bob) Wall Ltd., for the development of a two-storey medical and office building with a gross floor area of 966.5m2. The subject property is legally described as Lot A, Section 5, Wellington District, Plan 32586.
