A development permit application was received from Herold Engineering Limited, on behalf of Mario Kurtakis for a proposed 8 unit multi-family townhouse development at 4585 Hammond Bay Road.  The subject property is legally described as That Part of Lot 7, District Lot 51, Wellington District, Plan 13780 lying to the west of a boundary parallel to and perpendicularly distant 256.53 feet from the Westerly Boundary, except the Part in Plan VIP82137.
