Purpose:  To provide the Environment Committee with information and update on the BC Energy Step Code implementation and outline options to reduce GHG emissions from new buildings.

Deep Energy Retrofit Feasibility Study for the Nanaimo Region

To be introduced by Rob Lawrance, Environmental Planner.

Purpose:  To provide the Environment Committee with information on the Green Municipal Fund Community Efficiency Financing program and the City’s application to fund a feasibility study to review and enhance building retrofit work in the Nanaimo Region.
