Minutes of the Design Advisory Panel meeting held in the Boardroom of the Service and Resource Centre, 411 Dunsmuir Street, Nanaimo BC, on Thursday 2020-FEB-13.

A development permit application was received from Raymond de Beeld Architect Inc., on behalf of Roche Lookout Holdings Inc., for the development of a 4-storey multi-family residential building with 16 dwelling units and under-the-building parking.  The subject property is legally described as Lot 2, Block 8, Newcastle Reserve, Section 1, Nanaimo District, Plan 1972.

A development permit application was received from Island West Coast Developments and Raymond de Beeld Architect Inc., on behalf of JBR Enterprises Ltd., for the development of a 2-storey car dealership to replace an existing dealership (Honda).  The subject property is legally described as Lot 1, Section 20, Range 6, Mountain District, Plan 38705, Except Part in Plan 43195.

A development permit application was received from Island West Coast Developments on behalf of Bowen Road Developments and Laird Wheaton Properties Ltd., for the development of a car dealership (Mitsubishi).  The subject properties are legally described as Lot 1, Section 20, Ranges 6 and 7, Mountain District, Plan EPP67724, and Lot A (DD393242I), Section 5, Wellington District, Plan14534, Except Part in Plan 43195, VIP57019 and VIP82719.
