The subject properties are legally described as Lot 1, Section 1, Nanaimo District, Plan 48224, except Part in Plan VIP51613; The northerly 41.25 Feet of Lot 19, Section 1, Nanaimo District, Plan 437, except Part in Plans 48224 and VIP51613; and Lot 19, Section 1, Nanaimo District, Plan 4377.
