Bylaw:


That "Zoning Bylaw Amendment Bylaw 2025 No. 4500.235" (a bylaw to amend the landscape regulations and to replace DPA8 design guidelines) pass third reading.

ADJOURN THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR "OFF-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS AMENDMENT BYLAW 2025 NO. 7266.04" - DOWNTOWN URBAN CENTRE.


Bylaw:


That "Off-Street Parking Regulations Amendment Bylaw 2025 No. 7266.04" (to eliminate minimum parking requirements in the Downtown Urban Centre) pass third reading.

Purpose: To obtain Council authorization to proceed with the registration of a Bylaw Contravention Notice on the property title of 5664 Malibu Terrace.


Recommendation: That Council direct the Corporate Officer to file a Bylaw Contravention Notice at the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia under Section 57 of the Community Charter for the property located at 5664 Malibu Terrace for construction started without a building permit in contravention of “Building Bylaw 2016 No. 7224”.

Purpose: To obtain Council authorization to proceed with the registration of a Bylaw Contravention Notice on the property title of 1047 St David Crescent.


Recommendation: That Council direct the Corporate Officer to file a Bylaw Contravention Notice at the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia under Section 57 of the Community Charter for the property located at 1047 St David Crescent for construction started without a building permit in contravention of “Building Bylaw 2016 No. 7224”.

Recommendation: That Council direct the Corporate Officer to file a Bylaw Contravention Notice at the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia under Section 57 of the Community Charter for the property located at 1300 Princess Royal Avenue for construction not completed as per the conditions of the building permit.

Recommendation: That Council direct the Corporate Officer to file a Bylaw Contravention Notice at the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia under Section 57 of the Community Charter for the property located at 3708 Glen Oaks Drive for construction not completed as per the conditions of the building permit.
